Do I need an account to place an order
No, an account is not required to place an order with us. However, if you do create an account you will be able to log in and see your order history with us and check any updates on your current orders.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as you place your order. If for any reason you have not received that email please double check any folders in your inbox or drop us a message and we will check and confirm your order for you.
Can I make amendments to my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, providing your order has not yet been shipped we can make amendments to your order such as size change (if available) or address changes if required. Please get in touch with us if you need to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped we are happy to amend or cancel your order for you.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard UK shipping takes 1-2 days and you will be updated with tracking as soon as your order has shipped. International orders are usually received in 3-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout automatically.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love what you buy from Orzel, but not everyone loves The Beatles, so we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. We will do all we can to make it as painless for you as possible when this is the case. As long as the item is returned within 30 days and in original condition and packaging with tags still attached we will be happy to refund your order.
Can I exchange an item?
Where availability allows we will be happy to exchange for another size, please just let us know what change you require and post back your item within 30 days of receiving it.
