Delivery

Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges are:
  • FREE UK Standard delivery on orders over £100
  • UK - Standard 1 to 2 days delivery - £5 
  • EU – 3 to 11 days delivery - £16.95
  • Non-EU and North America – 3 to 11 days delivery - £25

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries unless requested otherwise.

The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments. 

Packaging

At Orzel, we care about getting our products to you in perfect condition. But we also respect our planet.


We only use planet-friendly packaging and ensure that every piece of packaging we use has high eco-friendly scores.  We use fully biodegradable and 100% plastic-free self-adhesive paper packing tape made from sustainably sourced materials.

 

Our paper mailing bags provide an eco-friendly, fully recyclable and biodegradable alternative to poly mailers. If you order personal care items from us, they will arrive in fully recyclable and degradable boxes, made from 75% recycled paper and protected with natural fill.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love what you buy from Orzel, but not everyone loves The Beatles, so we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. We will do all we can to make it as painless for you as possible when this is the case.



ELIGIBILITY
To receive a refund/exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
  • The return package is postmarked within 30 days from the order date
  • Original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Please email us at info@orzel.store to inform us of the return and reason, and return your package to our store at:
  • Orzel, 678 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G11 6RA
We recommend using a tracked service from your own preferred carrier, returns are at your own cost.

Orzel does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Orzel. Risk of loss and title for goods purchased from Orzel pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with your carrier for any lost or damaged shipments. 


FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK

At this time, returns from outside the UK must be shipped back to us using your own preferred carrier and at your own cost. You may wish to insure your package since loss and damage are your responsibility until it is delivered. Please note that we cannot refund the duties and taxes you've paid to clear customs, they must be claimed back by the individual. 


REFUNDS

Please allow up to 2 days for your return to be processed once it’s received at our store.

Returns postmarked within 30 days of initial delivery will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges and any duties and taxes you paid for your parcel are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES

Where availability allows we will be happy to exchange for another size, please just let us know what change you require, post back your item and email us at info@orzel.store with the tracking number and we will get the replacement sent out.
